Each page says who the product suits and who it does not. If a range is wrong for your scalp, we would rather you found that out here than after you paid for it.
No hard sell, in the studio or after
A scalp scan ends with a recommendation and a price written down. Nobody is asked to decide on the spot, and nothing is added to an order that you did not choose.

A scan at either studio reads your scalp in four zones and tells you which of these is yours. It comes with your first treatment — $59, about an hour, and there is nothing you have to buy at the end of it.

You can start with one. The tonic is the active step in every Dr Scalp routine — it stays on the scalp and does the work between washes — so if you are only going to use one product, use that. The shampoo and conditioner make the tonic work better; they are not a substitute for it.
Hair grows slowly, so nothing on a scalp shows a change in a week. Give any range a full cycle of regular use before judging it, and photograph your part in the same light on the day you start — that photograph is worth more than a memory of how it looked.
Yes, and people often do — an oil-control shampoo with a growth tonic, for example. What you should not do is layer two tonics at once. If you are unsure about a combination, message us before you buy using the contact details at the foot of this page.
