Who it is for

Is this your scalp?

PLACEHOLDER — hair being combed through at a salon
Nobody has looked closely enough to say what kind of flaking it is
  • Flakes on your shoulders or in the parting, however often you wash
  • An itch that comes back within a day or two of washing
  • Rough or tight patches you can feel with your fingertips
  • Anti-dandruff shampoo works for a while, then stops working
  • Scratching brings up more flakes, and then it itches more
  • Your scalp feels dirty again the same evening you washed it
How it works

Four steps, every single visit

The treatment is the third step. The three around it are what make it the right treatment for you.

  1. Consultation

We start by asking, not by selling. What your scalp does through the day, what you already use, what has changed lately.

  2. AI scalp analysis

Four points — crown, hairline, parting, nape — read on the screen next to you. Flaking, redness, oil and follicle condition, graded rather than guessed.

  3. The treatment

Sixty minutes. High frequency, a cleansing mask, then an aloe-based anti-dandruff mask and fifteen minutes under ozone steam before a professional scalp ampoule goes in. What it does, and does not do, is in the next part.

  4. Your follow-up report

A second scan before you leave, compared against the first, written into your own record with what to do next. You decide later, not in the chair.

What this treatment does -
and what it doesn't

What it does

  • Helps control the fungi associated with dandruff
  • Deeply cleanses the scalp and lifts loose flaking away
  • Helps relieve itching and visible redness
  • Helps reduce odour and oil build-up at the roots
  • Leaves the scalp feeling refreshed and more balanced

What it doesn't do

  • It is not a cure for a long-term scalp condition
  • It is not a hair-loss or regrowth treatment
  • Flaking can come back if the routine at home does not change
  • It cannot treat psoriasis, eczema or an infection — that needs a doctor
  • It does not colour, perm, cut or chemically straighten hair

If your scan points at something medical, we will say so and tell you to see a doctor. We are a scalp care studio, not a clinic.

Nothing here is promised before we have looked at your scalp.

Before you book

Questions we get asked

Yes, on your first visit. Without it we would be guessing, and this treatment is not right for every scalp. The scan takes about twenty minutes and you see the images with your therapist.

If we have scanned you before, yes. If this is your first visit, book the scan — if your scalp needs a different treatment, we would rather move you than take the booking.

A head spa is a wash and a massage. Here the session is decided by a scalp scan, carried out by a trained scalp therapist, scanned again at the end, and written into a record you can compare against next time.

Twice a month while we are treating, then once a month once your scalp is holding and we move you onto maintenance. Your therapist tells you which phase you are in from your scan, not from a package.

Most people say the itch settles the same day and the scalp feels calmer through the first week.

Flaking is judged over three sessions rather than one, because what matters is whether it comes back and how fast. We scan you again at the end of every visit and keep the images side by side, so the answer comes from your own photographs.

No. The session ends with a full blow-dry and simple styling. You leave looking like you have been somewhere, not like you have been treated.

Yes. This treatment works on the scalp, not the lengths. Tell your therapist how recently it was coloured and they will adjust the strength.

Tell us when you book. Some steps are adjusted or left out during pregnancy, and your therapist will go through this with you at the consultation.

No. A shampoo works for the few minutes it is on your head in the shower. Here the scalp is read on a scanner first, treated with high frequency, a mask and ozone steam, then scanned again — and the shampoo you take home is chosen from what we saw, not from what was on the shelf.

Message or call the studio and we will move you to another slot. Where you can, please give us a day's notice — a therapist and a room are held for your whole hour, and one day is enough for us to offer that time to someone else who is waiting for it.

There is no penalty and no charge if something comes up at short notice. We would still much rather hear from you late than not hear from you at all.
