Who it is for

Is this your scalp?

A parting lifted open, with a magnified circle showing oil sitting around the follicle openings
Nobody has ever actually looked at your scalp up close
  • Oily again by the end of the day, even after washing that morning
  • Hair sits flat at the crown and loses all its lift by midday
  • The scalp feels heavy and blocked, as if it cannot breathe
  • Product and dry shampoo build up faster than you can wash it out
  • An odour comes back within a day of washing
  • Fine white flakes show up on a dark shirt by the afternoon
How it works

Four steps, every single visit

The treatment is the third step. The three around it are what make it the right treatment for you.

  1. Consultation

We start by asking, not by selling. What your scalp does through the day, what you already use, what has changed lately.

  2. AI scalp analysis

Four points - crown, hairline, parting, nape - read on the screen next to you. Oil, congestion, redness and follicle condition, graded rather than guessed.

  3. The treatment

Sixty minutes, carried out by your therapist at the strength your scan calls for. What it does, and does not do, is in the next part.

  4. Your follow-up report

A second scan before you leave, compared against the first, written into your own record with what to do next. You decide later, not in the chair.

Straight answers

What this treatment does —
and what it doesn't

What it does

  • Takes a scalp that feels heavy and blocked back to a clean starting point
  • Lifts excess oil and build-up from around the follicle openings
  • Calms and soothes a scalp that feels uncomfortable
  • Leaves hair with more shine and more lift at the root
  • Gives your therapist a clean scalp to read on the after-scan

What it doesn't do

  • It is not a hair-loss or regrowth treatment
  • It will not settle a sensitive, red or reactive scalp
  • One session is a reset. Oil returns if the routine at home does not change
  • It does not colour, perm, cut or chemically straighten hair

If that sounds more like your scalp, the scan will say so and your therapist will point you at the right treatment instead.

Nothing here is promised before we have looked at your scalp.

Before you book

Questions we get asked

Yes, on your first visit. Without it we would be guessing, and this treatment is not right for every scalp. The scan takes about twenty minutes and you see the images with your therapist.

If we have scanned you before, yes. If this is your first visit, book the scan — if your scalp needs a different treatment, we would rather move you than take the booking.

A head spa is a wash and a massage. Here the hour is decided by a scalp scan, carried out by a trained scalp therapist, scanned again at the end, and written into a record you can compare against next time.

For a congested or oily scalp, most people start at once every two to three weeks for the first three sessions, then move to once a month. Your therapist sets the interval from your scan, not from a package.

Most people say the scalp feels lighter and less itchy the same day, and that hair stays clean a little longer through the first week.

Anything you can see on the scanner is judged over three sessions rather than one. That is why we scan you again at the end of every visit and keep the images side by side — so the answer comes from your own photographs, not from how the day went.

No. The session ends with a full blow-dry and simple styling. You leave looking like you have been somewhere, not like you have been treated.

Yes. This treatment works on the scalp, not the lengths. Tell your therapist how recently it was coloured and they will adjust the strength.

Tell us when you book. Some steps are adjusted or left out during pregnancy, and your therapist will go through this with you at the consultation.

No. Every treatment can be booked as a single session. The monthly plan is there if you would rather commit to a regular interval — what you need is set from your scan, not from a package.

Message or call the studio and we will move you to another slot. Where you can, please give us a day's notice — a therapist and a room are held for your whole hour, and one day is enough for us to offer that time to someone else who is waiting for it.

There is no penalty and no charge if something comes up at short notice. We would still much rather hear from you late than not hear from you at all.
