Nine treatments. One place to start.
You do not have to pick one from this page. Every first visit opens with an AI scalp scan, and your therapist chooses from there.
Clean & Calm
Four treatments · 60–75 minFor a scalp that is oily, congested, flaking, itching or reacting. These come first — nothing else works properly on an angry scalp.
Deep Cleansing Treatment
For oil, product build-up and blocked follicles. A carbonic wash, steam, extraction under magnification, then a cool finish.
Regulating Treatment
For a scalp that is oily again by the afternoon. Works on how much sebum is produced, not just on washing it off.
Refining Treatment
For dandruff, flaking and the itch that comes with it. Loosens and lifts the flakes rather than scrubbing at them.
Soothing Treatment
For a scalp that is red, sore, tight or reacting to something. Everything is turned down — temperature, pressure and actives.
Grow & Strengthen
Four treatments · 60–90 minFor shedding, thinning and hair that has lost its body. These come after the scalp is clean and calm, not instead of it.
Fortifying Treatment
For more hair in the drain than there used to be. ZynStem Bio-Cell Serum driven into the scalp, then red light to finish.
Reviving Treatment
For hair that has gone fine, brittle and flat. ZynStem Bio-Cell Serum with a warm-then-cold cycle to work it in.
RF Scalp Therapy
For a scalp that feels tight and cool to the touch. Radiofrequency warms the tissue so blood moves where it has not been moving.
Follicle Activation Treatment
A professional scalp ampoule driven in by electroporation, sealed with a cold infusion at minus ten degrees, then ten minutes of red light.
Relax & Renew
Our longest session · 90 minOne treatment sits in this group, and that is on purpose. It is the only session that does the whole thing in one sitting — cleanse, treatment, then a bo jin release through the head, neck and shoulders.
Signature Scalp Renewal TherapySignature
The full ninety minutes — cleanse, treat and a bo jin release through the scalp, neck and shoulders. Our most complete session.
Nothing on this page is a straight match for that one. It is still worth a scan — that is exactly the kind of thing it settles.
Have your scalp read before you choose.
A scan at either studio reads your scalp in four zones and tells you which range fits. It comes with your first treatment — $59, about an hour, and there is nothing you have to buy at the end of it.
Nobody gets fixed in one visit.
A scalp changes over weeks, not hours. This is the shape of it, so you know what you are agreeing to before you book anything.
Your first treatment
One customised treatment, opened by an AI scalp scan. Four zones photographed and five things scored. You see the images with your therapist and you leave knowing which of the nine you need and why.
Treatment phase
The stretch where the change happens. Most people run this for two to three months, and you are re-scanned at the end of every visit so the progress comes from your own photographs.
Maintenance
Once the scalp is where it should be, the visits halve. This is holding a result, not chasing one, and most people stay here long term.
Questions we get asked
The practical ones, asked before people book. Each treatment page answers the questions about that treatment itself.
No need. Come with your hair as it normally is — that is the scalp we want to read. If you washed it this morning out of habit, that is fine too; just tell your therapist. Please skip dry shampoo, hairspray and styling product on the day, because those sit on top of what the camera needs to see.
Warmth, light pressure and a cool finish, in that order. The extraction step under magnification can feel odd rather than painful. Nothing is injected and nothing breaks the skin. Tell your therapist at any point if something is uncomfortable and it gets turned down — that is the whole job.
Most people book it around work. If a particular treatment needs you to leave anything on the scalp afterwards, your therapist will say so when you book, not on the day.
A head spa is a wash and a massage, and a good one feels lovely. Here the hour is decided by a scalp scan, carried out by a trained scalp therapist, scanned again at the end, and written into a record you can compare against next time. If what you want is an hour of relaxation, say so and we will book you the Signature session rather than sell you a course.
No. You can book a single session and pay for it on its own — plenty of people do.
The prices on this page are the monthly-plan rate: the same amount each month, and you book your session when it suits you. A single session booked on its own costs more, and each treatment page shows both numbers side by side. Your therapist writes the figure down before anything starts.
Same day for how the scalp feels. Two to four weeks for oiliness and flaking to settle. Six to eight weeks before shedding slows, if it is going to. Anyone promising sooner is selling.
No. Your therapist will tell you what she found and what she would recommend, with the price written down — that is advice, and it is what you came for. What you will not get is someone pushing a package at you while you are lying in the chair.
Come anyway, and tell us. We work alongside what your doctor prescribed, not instead of it — especially for the itching and flaking that often come with the adjustment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under dermatological treatment, say so when you book so the session is set up for it.
Message or call either studio and we will move you — your record follows you between Raffles City and The Centrepoint, so it does not have to be the same one. Where you can, please give us a day's notice: a therapist and a room are held for your whole session.
