Your first visit opens with an AI scalp scan. We read your scalp health and tailor the whole session to exactly what it finds.
First visit only · One per person
Is this your scalp?
- The scalp stings or tingles when you use the wrong shampoo
- Redness at the hairline, the parting or behind the ears
- A tight, dry feeling that does not go away after washing
- Itching, without much visible flaking
- Colour, heat or a new product sets it off for days
- You have stopped trying new things because of how it reacts
Four steps, every single visit
The treatment is the third step. The three around it are what make it the right treatment for you.
Consultation
We start by asking, not by selling. What your scalp does through the day, what you already use, what has changed lately.
AI scalp analysis
Four points — crown, hairline, parting, nape — read on the screen next to you. Redness, dryness, barrier condition and follicle condition, graded rather than guessed.
The treatment
Sixty to seventy-five minutes, worked gently. A soothing scalp mask, fifteen minutes of ozone steam, then a professional scalp ampoule with the oxygen spray. Your therapist checks with you at every step. What it does, and does not do, is in the next part.
Your follow-up report
A second scan before you leave, compared against the first, written into your own record with what to do next. You decide later, not in the chair.
What this treatment does —
and what it doesn't
What it does
- Helps relieve itching on a sensitive scalp
- Helps calm irritation and visible redness
- Helps relieve the tight, dry feeling, usually within the session
- Helps the scalp hold its moisture balance
- Helps improve how reactive the scalp is over a course of sessions
What it doesn't do
- It is not a medical treatment for eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis
- It is not a hair-loss or regrowth treatment
- It will not stop a reaction to something you are allergic to
- One session settles the scalp — staying settled depends on what you use at home
- It does not colour, perm, cut or chemically straighten hair
If your scan points at something medical, we will say so and tell you to see a doctor. We are a scalp care studio, not a clinic.
Nothing here is promised before we have looked at your scalp.
Your routine between visits
This treatment pairs with the Sensitive series. Your therapist writes the exact three into your record after the scan.
Step 1 · every washDr Scalp Sensitive ShampooLukewarm water, never hot. Worked in with the fingertips and rinsed out properly.$68.00
Step 2 · every washDr Scalp Sensitive ConditionerMid-length to ends only. Keeps the lengths soft without anything landing on the scalp.$68.00
Step 3 · nightlyDr Scalp Sensitive TonicOn a dry scalp before bed. If it stings anywhere, stop and tell your therapist at the next visit.$108.00

Questions we get asked
Yes, on your first visit. Without it we would be guessing, and this treatment is not right for every scalp. The scan takes about twenty minutes and you see the images with your therapist.
If we have scanned you before, yes. If this is your first visit, book the scan — if your scalp needs a different treatment, we would rather move you than take the booking.
A head spa is a wash and a massage. Here the session is decided by a scalp scan, carried out by a trained scalp therapist, scanned again at the end, and written into a record you can compare against next time.
Twice a month while we are treating, then once a month once your scalp is holding and we move you onto maintenance. Your therapist tells you which phase you are in from your scan, not from a package.
Most people say the scalp feels calmer and less tight the same day, and that the itch is easier through the first week.
How reactive your scalp is takes longer — that is judged over three sessions rather than one. We scan you again at the end of every visit and keep the images side by side, so the answer comes from your own photographs.
No. The session ends with a full blow-dry and simple styling. You leave looking like you have been somewhere, not like you have been treated.
Yes. This treatment works on the scalp, not the lengths. Tell your therapist how recently it was coloured and they will adjust the strength.
Tell us when you book. Some steps are adjusted or left out during pregnancy, and your therapist will go through this with you at the consultation.
We start gentle and we test as we go. Every step is checked with you, and if anything stings we stop and change it. Tell your therapist what has set it off before, and bring the product with you if you still have it.
Message or call the studio and we will move you to another slot. Where you can, please give us a day's notice — a therapist and a room are held for your whole session, and one day is enough for us to offer that time to someone else who is waiting for it.
There is no penalty and no charge if something comes up at short notice. We would still much rather hear from you late than not hear from you at all.
