Is this the right one for you?
One problem per series. This is the Anti-Dandruff series. If your main problem is something else, one of the other five will do more for you than this will.
Choose this if
- It clears for a fortnight and then comes back
- The itch arrives before the flakes do
- You are already using the Anti-Dandruff shampoo and want the part that stays on
- You wear a cap or a helmet most days
Look elsewhere if
- Thinning or a widening parting, Growth
- Grease, no flaking, Oil Control
- Itch or reactivity, Sensitive
- Colour fade, Colour Protect
Redness, weeping, or flakes coming off in sheets?
Ninety seconds against twenty-four hours.
This is the pattern almost everyone with flaking knows. It clears up for a fortnight and then it comes back. That is not the shampoo failing. It is a shampoo doing exactly what a shampoo can do, which is about ninety seconds of contact before it goes down the drain, against a scalp that carries on regardless for the other twenty-three hours and fifty-eight minutes.
A leave-in tonic changes the arithmetic rather than the ingredient. It sits on the scalp between washes, which is where the flaking is actually being produced. That is the entire reason this bottle costs more than the shampoo, and it is the honest reason rather than a claim about a molecule.
What it will not do. It is not medicated, and it will not work if you do not use it. This is a daily habit rather than a course of anything, and the gap between people who see a change at week eight and people who do not is almost entirely whether they kept going through the good weeks as well as the bad. If your flaking comes with redness, weeping, or flakes that lift in sheets, that is a doctor's conversation and we would rather say so.
Four jobs. No borrowed claims.
There is no antifungal active in this series, so you will not read that it kills anything. Here is what a leave-in actually does.
Leave-in, not rinse-off
A wash gets ninety seconds; this gets the whole day. If your flaking clears and comes back on a fortnightly cycle, this is what was missing.
The habit, not the flare
Most people treat flaking reactively and stop the moment it settles, which is why it never resolves. A leave-in only works as a daily habit.
Liquorice, Coptis, Scutellaria, tea tree
The same herbal group the wash carries — liquorice, Coptis, Scutellaria, tea tree — with the advantage of staying where you put it.
No ketoconazole, no zinc pyrithione
No ketoconazole, no zinc pyrithione, no selenium sulfide. If a doctor has prescribed something, use this alongside it rather than instead.
Week by week, if you actually use it daily.
The itch usually moves before the flakes do. The thing to watch for is not week two, it is whether the fortnightly cycle you have lived with for years stops repeating.
- Week 1–2The itch goes firstAlmost always the first thing to change, and it changes before the flakes do.
- Week 3–6The cycle does not repeatThis is the one that matters. Normally this is the fortnight it would come back. Keep using it through the clear weeks, because stopping then is what restarts the cycle.
- Week 8The week to judge itWe scan you again and put week one and week eight side by side. If nothing has moved, it is probably not cosmetic flaking, and we will tell you that rather than sell you a second bottle.
- Month 3–6It holds, while you keep goingFlaking returns if the routine stops. That is true of medicated tonics too, and it is true of ours.
Step three of three, and the one that matters.
The shampoo lifts the build-up and settles the itch. The conditioner looks after the lengths, which a dandruff wash ignores completely. This is the one that is on your scalp between washes, and the only one in the range that stays where you put it. Used alone it still works. Used together it is a system.

Not sure this is the right one?
Guessing is expensive. Your first treatment is $59 and it opens with an AI scan of your scalp, so the next thing you buy is the one you actually need.
Questions we get asked
No. There is no ketoconazole, no zinc pyrithione and no selenium sulfide in it. It is a cosmetic tonic. If a doctor has prescribed you something, keep taking it and use this alongside rather than instead.
Because of how long it is on your scalp. A shampoo has about ninety seconds before it goes down the drain. This stays on until your next wash. Same problem, completely different exposure, and that is the whole product.
That cycle is usually a symptom of treating it reactively. Almost everyone stops during the clear fortnight and starts again when it flares. This only works as a daily habit, including through the weeks when your scalp looks fine. Week three to six is the test.
No. It is a water-based tonic, not an oil, and it absorbs into the scalp rather than sitting on the lengths. If your roots look wet after applying it, you have used too much.
It helps, because the shampoo lifts the build-up first. But if you are only buying one thing from this range, buy this one.
From your account, or one message to either studio. No minimum term, no cancellation fee.
Give us at least 48 hours before your next delivery is due. Inside that window the parcel is usually already packed, so it goes out as it is and the change applies from the order after.
Yes, free, ready within 24 hours at Raffles City or The Centrepoint. We'll email you the moment it's ready.
Come and talk to us rather than quietly giving up. Eight weeks is the fair test, and a free scalp scan at either studio will show whether the scalp is moving or whether you are simply on the wrong bottle — if it is the wrong one, we will put you on the right one. And if you are holding something unopened, you can exchange it within 14 days of purchase for another product, or a treatment, of equal or higher value.
