Is this the right one for you?
Six series, one problem each. Getting this bit right matters more than anything else on the page.
Choose this if
- Your parting is widening
- Your hairline is receding
- There is more hair in the drain than there was
- Your hair has become noticeably finer this year
Look elsewhere if
- Flaking is the main problem, Anti-Dandruff
- Oily scalp, no thinning, Oil Control
- Itch or reactivity, Sensitive
- Colour fade, Colour Protect
- Greying, or hair that has lost body, Age-Defying
Not sure which of those is actually you?
Most people guess wrong, that is the whole reason we scan. Four zones photographed at high magnification, scored on five things, and a written plan naming one series. Rather than guess, come in for a trial treatment — $59, and the scan comes with it.
Clear the opening first. Then feed it.
When the scalp is congested with oil, residue and dead skin, the follicle opening narrows and new growth comes through finer each cycle.
This is a sulphate-free wash, built to lift that build-up without stripping what is already growing. What it clears, the tonic that follows can reach. Use it instead of your normal shampoo, not as well as.
What it won’t do. If what you have is advanced pattern baldness, no shampoo is the answer, that is a doctor’s conversation, and we would rather say so than sell you a bottle.
Four jobs. Nothing about miracles.
Most scalp shampoos sell you six promises about what your hair will do. Here is the same formula described by what is in the bottle and what the wash actually does, which is checkable, and therefore worth reading.
A sulphate-free base
Sodium lauroyl methyl isethionate and sodium cocoyl alaninate lift oil without the harshness of a sulphate. It lathers less than a supermarket shampoo — that is the base, not a fault.
Capixyl
A peptide-and-red-clover complex. In a shampoo it has minutes of contact rather than hours, which is exactly why the tonic exists.
Herbal extracts and tea tree
Liquorice, Coptis, Scutellaria, Forsythia and Artemisia, with tea tree and eucalyptus. Borneol is what you feel as the cool tingle.
No sulphates, so no stripping
No sulphates, so colour holds. It does contain fragrance and essential oils — if your scalp is reactive, start with Sensitive.
A shampoo you cannot see working is a shampoo you stop buying.
You cannot see your own scalp, so after two months you stop without ever knowing. We scan the same four zones before you start and again at week eight, and show you both.
Jason Tan, 32
Daily Growth routine at home plus a course of in-studio treatments. The two ran together — the treatments move it, the routine holds it.
Week by week, and the week that actually counts.
The category norm is results after one wash. We go the other way on purpose, because at week eight we scan you again and put the two readings side by side.
- Week 1–2It feels cleanerThe scalp feels less itchy and less coated. No visible change to the hair yet, and there should not be.
- Week 3–6Less oil, less fallRoots stay cleaner between washes. Less hair in the shower drain than the month before.
- Week 8The week to judge itShedding slows, if it is going to. This is when we re-scan you and put week one and week eight side by side.
- Month 3–6Density, slowlyThe slowest signal of all. A follow-up scan is the only reliable way to measure it, your eyes in a mirror are not.
Step one of three.
The shampoo clears the ground. The conditioner protects what is already growing. The tonic does the work. Used alone it still helps, used together it is a system.

Not sure this is the right one?
Guessing is expensive. Your first treatment is $59 and it opens with an AI scan of your scalp, so the next thing you buy is the one you actually need.
Questions we get asked
Yes, and you should. It is built as a daily wash, and the eight week timeline on this page assumes daily use. Washing less often does not make it gentler, it just gives the active fewer chances to reach the scalp.
It helps, but the tonic is where most of the change comes from. This shampoo clears the follicle opening so the tonic can reach it. If you are buying one thing, buy the tonic.
Yes. No sulphates, so it will not strip tone. If fade is your main concern rather than shedding, the Colour Protect series is the better fit.
Borneol, with tea tree and eucalyptus alongside. It is a cooling sensation, not a reaction. If it stings rather than tingles, stop and talk to us.
No. The scan is free and you do not need to buy anything to have one. It removes the guesswork about which series you actually need.
From your account, or one message to either studio. No minimum term, no cancellation fee.
Give us at least 48 hours before your next delivery is due. Inside that window the parcel is usually already packed, so it goes out as it is and the change applies from the order after.
Yes, free, ready within 24 hours at Raffles City or The Centrepoint. We'll email you the moment it's ready.
Come and talk to us rather than quietly giving up. Eight weeks is the fair test, and a free scalp scan at either studio will show whether the scalp is moving or whether you are simply on the wrong bottle — if it is the wrong one, we will put you on the right one. And if you are holding something unopened, you can exchange it within 14 days of purchase for another product, or a treatment, of equal or higher value.
