Customer service sucks. Wanted to go to the centrepoint outlet but the customer service/operator gave me wrong instructions. He/she don't even know which floor their shop is located and my appointment was not received by that outlet which i made weeks ago, did not manage to do the treatment!!
Total waste of time.
Not sure if would wanna try their treatment already since the employee is so blur!!
Never had experience like this in my life.

I had a great experience at DrScalp! The environment is really nice, and it's different from other scalp care centres — much more comfortable and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and professional. After getting my scalp scanned, I was surprised to see how dirty it actually was! A big thank you to DrScalp for helping me clean my scalp and resolve my scalp issues. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for good scalp care
