Customer service sucks. Wanted to go to the centrepoint outlet but the customer service/operator gave me wrong instructions. He/she don't even know which floor their shop is located and my appointment was not received by that outlet which i made weeks ago, did not manage to do the treatment!!
Total waste of time.
Not sure if would wanna try their treatment already since the employee is so blur!!
Never had experience like this in my life.

Have been in Dr scalp for nearly 1 year , i did see a lot improvement on my hair loss journey , Marcus assisted me and explains every steps clearly, his hair wash is really really good. Highly recommended to choose him as your hair stylist 👍🏻👍🏻
