Cancellation Policy

Effective from 1 October 2026

 

At DrScalp, we truly value every customer and sincerely appreciate your trust and continued support. Your commitment to keeping appointments allows us to serve all clients efficiently, maintain a smooth schedule, and deliver consistent, high-quality care.


To ensure fairness and to better accommodate all customers, we kindly require at least
24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.


Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in one session being deducted from the package.


For customers arriving late, treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays to subsequent appointments. In some cases, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy will still apply.


For clients without a package, late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid (where applicable).

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.


This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently while continuing to provide the best possible experience to all DrScalp customers.
